About Roxxann

I joined Joseph Chris Partners in 2024.  Over the past five years, my professional journey has been incredibly diverse, encompassing roles in Military Family Programs, Healthcare Clinics, and most recently, Facility Services. As a military spouse, I've had the privilege of immersing myself in various communities, cultures, and career landscapes, which has uniquely prepared me for the dynamic environment at JCP.

Throughout my career, I've consistently demonstrated a passion for finding innovative solutions and empowering individuals to reach their full potential. Whether it's assisting a client in discovering their strengths or devising creative strategies to tackle challenges, I thrive on being a catalyst for positive change.

My eclectic background not only equips me with a broad perspective but also enables me to leverage out-of-the-box thinking to drive results. As a partner at JCP, I am excited about the opportunity to bring my diverse skill set to the table, fostering a collaborative environment where every client and team member can thrive and contribute to our collective success.

I have a unique set of skills that have proven instrumental in driving success. My ability to swiftly identify needs and forecast future actions has been a cornerstone in navigating complex challenges. With experience spanning Program Implementation, Human Services,Support Resources, Project Leadership, and Analysis and Evaluation, I bring a comprehensive skill set to the table. I am passionate about guiding clients and organizations towards their objectives, ensuring optimal performance and sustained growth.

I would describe myself as concise, empathetic, and loyal.  I hold over 60 certifications obtained across a range of fields and modalities within the fitness and family services industries. Notably, these certifications have been acquired from the US Marine Corps, US Army, National Academy of Sports Medicine, Brookbush Institute, American Parkinson Disease Association, and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.

As a parent of four children who are deeply engaged in academic pursuits, fine arts, and sports, my schedule is consistently occupied. Approximately 95% of my free time is devoted to attending various academic expos, sporting events, or supporting my son's musical endeavors. In the rare instances when I carve out personal time, you can find me reading or exploring thrift stores in search of potential creative projects. I have a passion for repurposing furniture and other thrifted items, finding joy in giving new life to neglected pieces.
