About Roxxann
Since joining Joseph Chris Partners, I have brought with me a wealth of experience from roles in Military Family Programs, Healthcare Clinics, and Facility Services over the past five years. My career has been anything but traditional, and that’s just how I like it. I thrive on finding innovative solutions and helping people unlock their full potential. Whether it’s a client/candidate discovering new strengths or solving a complex problem, I’m driven by the opportunity to be a catalyst for positive change.
My diverse background has equipped me with a unique perspective, and I’m all about bringing fresh, out-of-the-box thinking to the table. At JCP, I leverage my wide-ranging experience to foster a collaborative environment where everyone—clients and colleagues alike—can thrive and contribute to our shared success.
When it comes to driving results, I’ve got a knack for spotting needs early and forecasting next steps. My experience spans Program Implementation, Human Services, Support Resources, Project Leadership, and Analysis and Evaluation. In short, I know how to get things done. And in 2024, I’m proud to say I exceeded all of my goals, with a case study that showcased the power of strategic data center recruitment in construction.
On the personal front, 2024 has been a year of change. I’m a parent of four active kids who keep me on my toes with sports, extracurricular activities, and all the surprises that come with family life. No two days are the same—and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Balancing it all has only made me a better recruiter, and I know how to stay organized and focused, even when the game schedule gets wild!
In the 5% of free time I have left, you’ll likely find me either repurposing furniture from thrift stores or cheering on my son’s latest musical performance. I love transforming something old into something new—it’s a hobby that brings me a lot of joy.
And if you’ve stuck around this long, here’s your fun fact: Don’t tempt me with a dance floor and a good playlist, because I’ll be there all night! Currently, The Red Clay Strays are on repeat, and I may or may not be driving my coworkers crazy with my music choices.
