Now that we have determined there is a use for personality tests in the workplace, you will need to choose which test will work best for your company. Every test gives you a different set of results that apply to different traits and characteristics of a person. Keeping in mind that tests are never 100 percent accurate and that no one should be put in a box, here is a list of the most popular personality tests and what type of results you can expect from them.

It’s not just a “work to get the bills paid” culture anymore. We want a career where we feel fulfilled, where we feel valued, and as if we are contributing to the overall mission of the company. We also want to work in a culture where we work well with our teammates.

Being an ally isn’t complicated. Most people outside of HR are intimidated by all things related to diversity, equity and inclusion. But there are small ways to make big impacts in the lives of the women and other underrepresented groups at your organization.
